Dude, how are you going to tell me they won? All they did was look up pictures of dragons on Photobucket or Google and post them on cards. Which is why so many cards have the same pictures on here. I actually modify the pictures and put some creativity into it. If you're telling me I didn't place in this contest then the whole thing was a frickin joke.

Dude, anyone could see that my card's the best one here. The kid holding the contest doesn't know what he's talking about. You, have the best card? PLEASE. All you did was find a picture on the internet and post in on a card and come up with a random effect for it, that you had to change because it was too powerful. I actually customize the picture and gave it an effect that cooresponds with it's name and picture and my effect was perfectly balanced and didn't need to be changed. I gave you a Rep because I thought you and I could just stay out of eachothers way, but odviously your too much of a child to do that.

 

I guess the way you win contest on this site is to simply find the best picture on the internet and post it on a card. What a load.

 

spinner you should pick your winners better, dude. It's odvious they just found pictures and that I customized mine, thus I worked harder on mine, and they win just because they possibly have a better picture that they FOUND and didn't either create nor customize. That's bullcrap.

 

But, w/e dude congratualations on winning a rogue contest.

Not all of us are artists; I am better with words then a brush (I can't even draw stick figures right). But just because we find pictures (Well, I had that one sitting around for awhile now in one of my folders), doesn't mean we don't try on our effects. Just by going back to tweak my card, shown I do care, and I do try my best with my cards, then there is an error, I accept it and go back to the work shop. I even come up with unique names for my contests cards; not one ever being the same.

You're starting to get dull VainZiller. You still didn't prove why I should've won. It's not as much I didn't win, as much as it's so odviously I have the best card, and just because of stupid judgement, I lose.

 

He said the effects have to be "balanced." I would think that since you guys are so serious about this card making thing that you should have to get it right the first time and not have oppurtunities to change it in a contest. Also he said "good picture." A good picture should be one that you made yourself or close to it. Not just one you Googled and said "That looks like a cool Dragon. I should use that on a Yu-Gi-Oh card" when you had no means of creating the picture. The contest was crap and I should've known something like this was gonna happen.

 

Like I said w/e you won a rogue contest, congrats. I'm a sore loser when I lose because of a dumb judge and screwed up criteria like anyone else would be. Peace, I'm out...

You're one person to talk about balance. Ever card maker here, even the elder members, makes mistakes on their cards, it happens. And that's why those of us whom say "Hey, this is wrong, here is how you can fix it." are welcome, because we take the time to help.

 

If he woulda said in the rules, that you can't change, I wouldn't have. That, is something that must be specified.

Just because you put some special effects on a picture in photo shop, or whatever you use, doesn't make it unique/good. Fact of the matter, good is an oppion left to interpertation. He felt my card was the best of the entered, deal with it.

 

And this all just further proves my point; you can't handle any negitive critisim.

First off, you don't KNOW that they googled up pics, you cannot prove it, and it is quite mean to say that just because you didn't win. If you are not being a sore loser, then don't behave like one, stop portraying yourself as a hoity-toity mightier-than-though fool and take it as constructive criticism. Nobody is perfect and nobody is the best, and you are no exception.

Once more, you say the same stuff again, instead of furthering your argument. And the first part I bolded? That is the most conceited thing I have evwer read on a forum! First off, don't put words in everyone's mouth; don't say that "Anyone can see my card is the best one" because you have no right to speak for everyone. Secondly, your card was not the best, personally, I liked the Fallen Dragon the best, and not for the pic, but for the effect. Because, regardless of what you may thing, a pretty picture does not make a good card. It is the effect and stats more, that make up a good card, and while your card had a nice pic and good effect, I liked the effect of Fallen dragon much better. I liked Vain's Effect much better. Your pic, though, yes, was pretty good, though I liked Ersos Dragon of Everlasting Hatred best pic-wise. And that is, yes, you guessed it, MY PERSONAL OPINION. People do have them you know, and just because their opinion isn't what YOU want it to be, doesn't give you the right to put people down.

Okay, so once again you are acting as if you arethe best. It is not "Odvious" that you have the best card, "odvious" is not even a word, and personally, I don't think your card is the best. And I am sure others would agree with me if they looked at all of these. I do not know for sure, I am sure plenty would like yours the best, but not everyone would. And unless EVERYONE thinks your card is the best, it isn't. That's a fact of life, you won't ever be "The best" because there will always be someone with an opinion that is different. Don't like it? Tough, it's life, deal with it with maturity instead of raising a ruckus because you didn't win.

Oh, and for the record, I am pretty sure the official cards that are sold in stores go through numerous changed and alterations before the final versions come out, I am sure many are overpowered or have problematic effects that pater have to be altered before the final initial release. And even then, some cards obviously are looked at with the same decision, otherwise there would not be banned and restricted cards.

 

VainZiler has a point dude, and I am disappointed in you, I really like your cards, and their effect are nice too. But just because you didn't place in the contest or win it doesn't give you the right to throw your stuff around. What makes you any better than everyone else on here? You are just the same as everyone else here, no better or worse. But that self-absorbed attitude drags you down below everyone else. Seriously not cool dude, your cards kick butt, you should focus on positivity and no belittle people for not considering you better than them. Be mature and remember than not everyone has the same opinion as you, and belittling people because they didn't choose to consider you the best, is extremely childish and it makes you look bad.

Actually I don't think I can delete my profile. Anyway I've been sick and tired of your crap these past few days. So ya'know what VainZiller you were right and I was wrong. You're the greatest. The Shaman of Card Making if you will. The crem de la crem (I know I spelled it wrong) and I'm nothing, but a noob who has no life. There you go, you won. I am defeated....
