werewolfjedi
nartura beast needs double earth, while lvl 8 can only be summoned by 6, something that needs a tribute of some kind. if you need cards in the grave though, beast would be better, however lvl 8 is also a possessor of 3000 ATK, and that's nothing to laugh at. Zeaux
Horus pawns Naturia. More easy to summon, more ATK, the effect is almost the same, both are goods. Still Horus is better.
CrabHelmet
Naturia Beast's greatest strength and greatest weakness are both the ease with which Synchro Summoning can occur. This ease makes it incredibly easy to get out, especially compared to the relatively unwieldy Horus LV8, but this ease also makes its low ATK a severe problem even with Spells locked down. ~ P O L A R I S ~
To Summon Horus, you must first get Horus LV6 out, which is just as vulnerable as Natural Beast. AND you need to destroy a monster by battle with it, AND you need to dedicate your Deck. AND Horus can clog your hand. Natural Beast is more comparable to LV6. It's better, because its effect's much better and it doesn't require Deck dedication and can't clog up your hand. You can get it out easily with the effect of Rescue Cat or Summoner Monk into Cat. Beast hands down here. Horus is far too slow, inconsistent, and requires far too much dedication to get you anywhere the way things are.
-Lightray Daedalus-
As stated by Crab, and PolarisHorus Gains in terms of Attack...But Beast is Better tech and way easier to Summon...if If I had to choose I'd go with Beast... I'm Positive that this card can become an easy synchro kitty staple once we get this on TCG...

It is if you have Natural Balkion along him...this negates spells and fills the grave for Balkion to negate Traps...It is kinda a lightsworn if you can call it like that. Flash Flyer - Sakura
I'd use Horus LV8 because it negates Spells without discards. But Naturia Beast is easier to play, unlike LV8 (which requires LV6) IMO.

Haitaku
I go with Horus. He has a better ATK, DEF, Effect, and Summoning Conditions (1 tribute beats 2)
