Requirements: Booster Image, Name of pack, and color of the name.

Requirements: Holo color: silver or gold, and the card you want me to holo

Examples:

Grab Bag: Same as Small Bag, only pokemon are randomized.

Gundamblast here are your holos. Just save them, and then put them into your card:
