IDEA: instead of Dark Saiyans, they could be Neo-Saiyans. with Neo-Kamehameha and Neo-Death Beam and every move starts with Neo- and is 3x stronger but uses more Ki. and they go into Neo-Saiyan and Neo-Saiyan 2 etc. etc.

Guys, I started making new DB characters. Can any of you turn a sketch into a computer image?

well, one of them is named Tuali. He's this evil guy from planet Fwah who can transform into 4 forms. Basically, he has one normal form and one one fire, plant, and water forms. There's also

a Saiyan named Silvian (I made 8 forms for him other than Super Saiyans 1-4). One more that I made was an evil guy called Professor Jundi (he's kind of like Dr. Gero).
