Goku was fighting him, Goku hit cell really hard, cell spit out 17, cell was in 2nd form, cell wanted to blow up the earth, goku used instant transmission to transport him to King Kais planet, goku and king kai die, cell comes back to earth a few seconds later as 100% Perfect because part of him is Picollo (Regeneration Ability)
