I agree.

It takes a while to be a mod, and once you get the position, I believe it is up to them what they want to do. If they stay inactive, who cares?

 

As for the forum, there are no major problems, so deleting and adding mods isn't really a productive or necessary option.

I lol'd. All Cheesy wants is to get someone removed from their mod position' date=' then harass and complain that he should be a mod.... I can tell just by

TO hasn't shown up for months and the last few times he logged he didn't really seem to care a lot about the site anymore, no moderating or posting. I think YCMaker should reinstate the inactivity policy or at least ask inactive staff members if they're still interested in modding or the site in general.

 

So yay for doing something about staff inactivity, especially if it almost hits half a year, but I don't think CC needs a new mod for now. Absence doesn't need to be replaced. ._.
