Elecdude has problems. The shading and texture of the arm shouldn't be like that if Electrode is the base.

Manectric + Electrike? Pretty Cool. Do some different colors (blue + green + yellow) and it could be a new evolution.

 

It has some shading problems. Other than that, it's pretty cool. 6/10
