"well i guess i will see you around!" Josh said as he walked around Natalie. Calling out to HiTower he asked if he could take a break and go swimming since the other class is leaving. After the confermation he jump off the dock after throwing a 10 pound weight to the bottom of the lake. He went to the bottom of the water. "this is the only place H have where nobody can see me use my powers. He manipulated the water, underwater ofcoarse, and gave him the ability to propel himself across the lake 10 times. coming out of the water with the weight in hand he the ushered everyone out of the waterfront for lunch.

Vladimir was walking around waiting for somebody to talk to. " Hmph....." Vladimir cuts himself open with his knife and he watches himself bleed "I wish i could drink this, but it is poisonis to me" Vladimir looked down

"Ugh..." Vladimir said putting his hand over his cut and walking to the Mess hall, to sit in the back table by himself, looking at his lunch. "This is Food???" Vladimir asked himself sitting there. "Ugh...."

Jared walked to the Onion Ring and saw someone standing there skipping rocks.

 

"You really should be at lunch," Jared said, walking down the rows.

 

The boy turned. "Heh, who are you to tell me what to do?"

 

"I'm staff." Jared said.

 

"And I'm not a camper," the boy said, "I'm a Diabolus member."

 

The boy leaped forward tackling Jared. "Bet you can't beat me, Jared."

 

"How do you know my name?" Jared asked, trying to struggle out of the fifteen-year-old's grip.

 

"I'm stronger than you, Jared, no use squirming. And how could you not remember me. Oh, yes, you left me there to die. Ezekiel almost killed me..." the boy said.

 

A scene flashed through Jared's mind of Ezekiel, one of Jared's friends from long ago who led the Diabolus but recently died. Then a flaming building, pillars of smoke rising around it. Ezekiel standing in front laughing, holding Jared in the air, then throwing him on the ground. Nathaniel, Jared's older brother, and his parents died that day.

 

"How do you know that?" Jared asked, his eyes hollow from memories of his parents death. "How do you know about the day they died?"

 

"I'm your younger brother, idiot!" the boy said, ramming his head into Jared's.

 

Jared flicked his hair out of his eyes, and saw blood trickling down the strands. This guy is strong.

Vladimir enhanced hearing heard the whole conversation and he left the mess hall but walking until his saw Jared. "Hey you okay?" Vladimir said to Jared seeing the little kid on him. Vladimir ran up and tried to pick up the 15 year old kid to get off Jared

Jared's brother flipped out of Vladimir's grip and barrel kicked him in the chest. "Idiot vampire, you think you can catch me."

 

"Marcus," Jared murmured, "Marcus! Stop it, now!"

 

Jared quickly got up catching Marcus on the back of his black jacket. "Lucky you."

 

Marcus was holding something in his hand. A blue-green gem on a necklace. "What is that?"

 

"None of your business," Marcus said, elbowing Jared in the gut.
