Why make Written Cards?

i'm sorry but i dont see why anyone needs to make written cards.

 

if theres a reason why you make written cards only, please tell...i cant see any reason...

It's for ideas, mainly. If I'm creating a card and can't find an image for it, I'll make it a written card and possibly put up a Request later for images. The point is; It goes faster to create a written card than a normal card with YCM.

I totally agree...I have a ton of cards that are only written, only because I know there aren't any images on the net that are good enough for the cards I make. Now, if I had a scanner that'd be a different story, because I'd just draw my own pics.

I agree with HORUS. Side from some card pic that could never be found, 99% of all cards you try to make will have a good pic somewhere.

i agree with all, there are times when you need to note the card somewhere and then make them images. What i do is write the in my notebook, find the images and then make the card

The only reason I see is that the person can't find a good enough picture. If I run into that kind of problem, I just leave the pic blank or use a pic might have already used for something else.

 

There was also a time before the new card maker came out where you couldn't save and edit your cards. Back then, I would have made a few written cards only because I could have edited them easier.

Yeah all these guys are right I haven't added any to this forum but some I have don't have images so that's why lol I don't know why you would start an arguement over this just don't go into this section
