My brother hasnt play yu gi oh for 6 months now and decided and had a sacred phenoix/burner deck. Now he has changed his deck to e-heros in 1st tournement with it came 15th out of 37 so not bad. Here is a list and some improvements he wants to make.

There are no Magic cards in Yugioh... You obviously haven't been playing for a long time... And Stratos is limited even before it was released, so your "brother" couldn't have used 2 in a tournament. Also, try only to use 3 E-hero fusion monsters. The best are Wildheart, Sparkman, and Clay Man. Avian, Burstinatrix, and their fusions aren't strong enough to use, so try to replace them with King of the Swamp. Bubbleman is best used in just a Bubbleman Burn deck.

Actually there is magic cards magic or spell cards are acceptable terms as spell is an american term whilst magic is used in english

My mistake at home my bro uses 2 stratos whilst at tournement he uses 1

congrats to your brother for reaching the top 20 duellists and i to have a Elemental Hero deck but not entered any tournamnets over her in the UK as they haven't been any in my area.
