It's like reuniting Akatsuki all over again. FAMILY REUNION!!!

But anyway, I'm sure Kabuto just used some random ninjas to use as soul food for the technique. Since the only way for these reincarnations to die is to remove their soul, things get harder... Rinnegan + almost immortality = ass raping

there is no love for Hidan...

Even so, we don't know how long the immortality lasts per kill. He may need to kill a substantial amount of people to maintain his immortality for a small period of time.

Plus, you gotta put his body back together because Shika blew his body to smithereens.

I think Kabuto was unaware of Hidan. He said he revived those five just for show, but I think that Minato and Hashirama are outside the boundaries of the jutsu, due to the location of their souls, so even Kabuto couldn't revive them. I think he revived them just because they were in Akatsuki.

In other news, I turned in the first three box sets I originally had so I could trade up to the the new wave of box sets that they're releasing, as they give more for less of a price.

Phantom think about what you just said if Minato and Hashirama are outside the boundaries of the jutsu then why would Orochimaru try and revive Minato and the other two hokage's to fight Hashirama, and why would Hashirama take the time to block the last casket which contained Minato. So in my opinion they can still be accessed.

The worst part about the reviving of these Akatsuki members is I really don't think anyone alive at this moment can use the Death Demon Consuming Jutsu which pulls the souls from the bodies. So unless someone else in Konaha or somewhere else knows another Tech that can remove the soul from the bodies these revived Akatsuki members are pretty much invincible.

Another chapter..... 10,000 more secrets that need to be unveiled. The author really knows how to build up anticipation.

Ugh' date=' who did Kabuto revive now? It must be somebody who can kick Madara's ass easily *cough* Minato *cough*

Cool, now we get to watch Naruto tame the nine-tails... Yay...

I was thinking of Hashirama Senju. Minato is a definite second though.

It wouldn't be Hashirama because Orochimaru already did that against Sarutobi. It wouldn't impress Madara.

I was thinking the Sage of the Six Paths but then I thought, "would it make sense to have him be reincarnated? Then the Shinobi Alliance is definately screwed..." I actually though for a minute that Kabuto revived Madara's brother or the first Sharingan user, the one who was half of the Sage of Six Paths

We have basically two jinchuriki (the two strongest bijuu), some kages and elders, some experienced shinobi vs 6 bijuu, Madara, kabuto, the remaining living Akatsuki, and his reincarnations

TV Tropes brings us an interesting theory.

The man who claims to be Madara is really Izuna

When Kabuto threatened him with a certain body it was the real Madara. In Itachi's version of Madara's story we only saw Madara take out Izuna's left eye and use his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan with his left eye, while the mask only shows "Madara"'s right eye and the part of his face which he showed would be indistinguishable since they're brothers. We saw Izuna losing both and Madara using both in his flashback, but consider we already knew he was lying about causing the 9-Tails attack he could have been lying about that as well. So it's possible that Izuna only lost his left eye, lived on until Madara died, then took his right eye from his corpse, giving him half the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (and probably couldn't take back his own eye for whatever reason). Thus explaining why "Madara" only shows his right eye because he only has his right eye.

Thats a very interesting and plausible theory. The facts are relevant, but what is Izuna's motif? So if Tobi is actually Izuna using Madara's Eternal Mangekyo, Itachi's story wasn't accurate to some great degree. Then comes the question, "How did Kabuto know this?".

EDIT: In one of the stories, didn't Izuna willingly give up his eyes to Madara? Maybe he only gave Madara one eye

Do the physical attributes of the revived souls remain intact? If so, then Itachi has no eyes and the 5th coffin with the actual Madara (according to this new theory) has only his left eye.

Roxas, you read TV Tropes too?

That website gives me a LOT of info on shows and the types of shows and characters that exist at all (From Power Glows to Only Sane Man).

Anyway, so Tobi could actually be Izuna? Interesting, very interesting.... I support.
