Flame Dragon
Mangastream's translation also talks about it being an alt dimension. So yea, lets go with that.
Phantom Roxas
I had figured that she had transported them to an alternate dimension last week. I think that it is based in genjutsu, but Kaguya is powerful enough to make it real. Or it could just be that the final battle is "The floor is now lava." Fusion X. Denver
I'm just gonna have to wait for this to happen in the anime because I can;t tell what the f*ck is happening.Basically Kagura created a dimension within the space they were all in, making the floor lava. Then Naruto realized he could fly with the Six Paths chakra, then after putting the other 3 down, he and Kagura both sent giant fists at each other made of chakra (probably).(what'd I just type) Maybe next chapter we can see the exact power of Sasuke's Sharrinnegan. Philemon
My biggest problem with the chapter isn't that the floor is made of lava, the flying, or Sasuke being even more of a prick, but that Obito is being held by a single kunai through his hand. I can handle everything else, but this bugs me the most
AdrianDraculArcos
Sasuke's not coming back... That's what I think... One or the other of them, at some point is going to die. But the real question, is when it comes down to it, will Naruto be able to? He's really powerful when Kyuubi takes over, but that's also when he becomes a danger to his comrades as well. Will he eventually be able to control Kyuubi? or will he resort to doing things on his own and trying to get stronger?

Phantom Roxas
Not to mention that, with Kishimoto's overall theme being the new generation surpassing the old to end the cycle hatred, Naruto is bound to save Sasuke.
Fusion X. Denver
At this point, Sasuke will live. Probably. Now that he's not stupidly bent on destroying Konoha and with him being so integral in winning the war, his sentence will likely be reduced for his shenanigans with Akatsuki and during the Gokage Summit arc. He has a potential future now.

Phantom Roxas
I do enjoy seeing Madara being a pawn in his own game, but man, Zetsu is really grating. When can he die?
Maeriberii Haan
So, wouldn't this all mean every single messed up things that happened so far is just because of Black Zetsu wants his mama back? dammit mother complex
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
See, this wouldn't have happened if Kaguya just agreed to take her sons to Chuck-E-Cheese for their birthdays.

Its funny, I listen to Weekly Manga Recap and they've been talking about this very thing, and I'm like that isn't EXACTLY what happened, but nope. Everything bad thing ever in Naruto happened because the ultimate evil had just been manipulating everyone all along. Yea.............
Fusion X. Denver
I got mixed feelings about this. I'm wondering when Kishi really thought about this whole twist idea with Kagura and Black Zetsu. Like, did he know he was doing this before the war started, or did this whole idea occur to him throughout writing the war arc?Cuz to me, the Kagura stuff does feel tacked on. Like he thought of it afterwards. However, it all does fit. Whether Kishi decided to do all this within the past few months or a couple years ago, it all lines up. Ultimately, it could have been executed better, but I'm okay with this. I was never that crazy over Madara in the first place, so as long as we get a kickass final fight, it doesn't matter who the final Big Bad is for me. Oh yeah, and Sasuke's Shunshin is now how he'll match Naruto's crazy speed in their rematch.
Phantom Roxas
The battle against Obito was really the highlight for me, if only because of how they defeated him. Madara's defeat was kind of lame, and Black Zetsu has played the part of being the second-in-command for so long that him suddenly being the Big Bad just cheapens Madara. Not to mention that, while Kishimoto does tend to explain things to clarify something he established before, this feels like it came too soon after Kishimoto explained a lot of the stuff elaborated on here. Then again, that's because we've been reading a story in the same general area for a couple years.

The first time I think we learned of Kagura was in 646 (I think) so I would have been some time around if anything. See, my problem with subbing out Madara is that we've at least have had well over a year with him in the for front as well as having gotten his back story. We had SOME investment in him, and as much as he was the villain he honestly seemed to believe he was doing the right thing. We have nothing on Kagura other than her being I'm evil. Fusion X. Denver
That is true. I might be contradicting a post I made some weeks ago here, but maybe Madara will wrest control of himself from Kagura and continue his fight with Naruto and Sasuke. But if not, well, I can agree that there's really no investment in Kagura as opposed to Madara. OH! Another parallel to DBZ, Kagura's reminding me of Kid Buu in terms of being the final villain of raw, chaotic, evil power.

Monkey
I'm a bit confused about the white Zetsu. The white Zetsu are the bodies of people under the control of the Infinite Tsu. Who broke the Infinte Tsu that created hundreds of thousands of White Zetsu? Or how many white Zetsu are people's bodies and how many are wood clones?
Phantom Roxas
Not to mention that there was supposedly one White Zetsu that the others "originated" from. What made that White Zetsu so special?
Monkey
Maybe all the wood clone white Zetsu and the "original" white Zetsu are lies made up by the Black Zetsu to cover up the fact that white Zetsu are actually people
