Again, Obito wouldn't have been able to summone the Ten Tails in the first place without those scraps of Nine Tail Chakra.............

That doesn't necessarily mean the chakra was siphoned out of the artifacts though. They were just inside the Ten Tails or something, and now Madara spat them out.

I think the chakra's still in there as a Chekhov's Gun to save Naruto's life, otherwise he'll die here.

I'm betting more on Obito or Christachi doing it. The former through the power of love/friendship/willpower/heart of the cards or the latter through some non-foreshadowed Deus Ex Machina.

Madara used Talk no Jutsu on Obito!

Obito is already under the effect of Naruto's Talk no Jutsu!

Talk no Jutsu failed!

Basically what happened this chapter. Those parts with the whole Rikudou Sennin chakra thing and Yondaime's surprising knowledge of senjutsu were also pretty interesting, and Obito was pretty badass too. Wonder how it's all going to turn out, and right now, I could hardly care less about Sasuke.

How can I take any villain seriously when they always turn good?

It's okay, because Madara is a SUPER BADASS WARRIAR that took down eight Tailed Beasts near-blind and withstood TnJ for many years. He's probably the most badass villain you'll ever be able to find out there, like, ever. Here's hoping he dies as he should.

Sadly, I doubt it. I see him losing and telling the First Hokage he just wants to make the world a better place. Then dies as he sees the light, ect.

Making the only true bad guy in the 600+ chapter manga Kabuto, who has been Itachi'd.

There's been tons of villains that didn't turn good. I think that it would been kinda crappy if Obito didn't get some sort of redemption and I doubt Madara is come come to see the light as he dies, there's no viable reason to make him do that, it would just be a big ass-pull for feels in the end that won;t work on anyone who isn't a Madara fangirl.

If you think Naruto's bad, don't ever read Fairy Tail.

This topic actually got me thinking.

[spoiler=Villains who went good (15)]

Zabuza

Haku

Hidden Sand Village (I'll just count this as 5, for Gaara's team and 4th Kazekage)

Sasuke (I consider him planning to become Hokage as "good" enough)

Sasori

Konan

Nagato

Itachi

Obito

Kurama (technically not a villain, but did go from being evil to good, so)

Kabuto (supposedly)

[spoiler=Villains who stayed bad (18)]

Gato

Hidden Sound Chunin Team (3)

Yoroi

Misumi

Sound 5

Deidara

Hidan

Kakuzu

Kisame

Danzo

Madara

Zetsu

Orochimaru I consider neutral right now since he could still be planning something.

And Team Hawk isn't really good or bad either right now, so idk.

So roughly half of the rogues gallery either went good or found redemption after death. Which is pretty interesting, is that too big of a ratio?

For Obito, I do feel he needed redemption by the end because after all of the doubt and feeling's he's been experiencing lately, it'd be weird to just ignore all of that like it didn't matter.

Madara feels different though. He's resolute in the matter and this is something he's spent like a century planning on. Maybe, maybe he'll feel a pang of regret near the end, but I don't think he'll pull a heel turn.

I didn't want Danzo to have a redemptive death. I may be a little biased since he's my least favorite character (aside from Kin), but I don't think it'd fit him anyways. His life was about the gritty and dark undertones of the ninja world and often bringing about gruesome, cruel fates to others, so just as well that his life ended the same.

Also forgot to say earlier, I was kinda -.- at Minato also knowing Senjutsu, but it's not a big complaint.
