Karin pisses me off though. He tried killing you in cold blood and your crazy obsession's fueled even further?

What a freak.

Sakura's also bad, but I can honestly forgive it a bit since I've seen her situation with girls I've known in real life.

If you think about it, there are people who can't help but stay infatuated with those that hurt or abuse them constantly, which is sad and shouldn't happen, but still occurs regardless.

It might be easier for Sakura to forgive him since at the time Sasuke seemed off his rocker whereas he's much more calm and collected now.

Yea, Karin forgiving Sasuke so fast does seem wrong. At least with Sakura her fake smile does indicate that she isn't 100% ok with this, at least thats what I get from it. But Karin being ok with Sasuke trying to kill her is just frustrating. Also, as I said, I found her arguing with Suigetsu to be annoying.

[spoiler=Found this funny pic, kinda true...]

This is why we all need to go NaruHina, kids.

And Karin's really disappointed me. I mean, at least before she was still fairly normal, but now she's completely crazy. She wasn't like that before. I guess Kishi just wanted to bring Taka back, but seriously? Did you have to twist perfectly good character development?

Not sure what to think of this chapter, but Minato's expression did me of something - nobody's told Minato yet about what happened with Obito, have they? I'm sure it must be tragic for him to see his student like that.

Also, judging by Madara's intent and the fact that he's about to become the Juubi's jinchuuriki, I think we're about to have the second-to-last battle in this manga - the last of course being Naruto vs Sasuke.

Ok this makes no sense to me. I thought Obito was superior to Kakashi, he should have beat the hell out of him.

Why? I mean, although it isn't stated, Kakashi's practically at Kage level by now. The 'Copy Ninja' would've been elected as the Sixth Hokage had Tsunade not woken up in time. Even though we didn't get to see his battle with the Seven Swordsmen and even if we're not outright shown, I'm pretty sure it's obvious by now that he's way tougher than the average jonin.

I honestly think this chapter was boring. There's no surprise that Madara was controlling Obito the whole time.

Oh, I'm not entirely sure, but was that Black Zetsu that took over Obito's body?

Well, you know how Black Zetsu was created by Madara implanting his will into that one Zetsu? Now Madara he's doing the same to Obito. The reason he was able to do it at a distance here is because of the chakra receivers.

Ok this makes no sense to me. I thought Obito was superior to Kakashi, he should have beat the hell out of him. But good to see Madara actually being a villain again.

I think that time where Obito was beating him down with the shuriken and stuff, Kakashi was really out of it and shellshocked that Obito was the bad guy.

And the main advantage Obito held over everyone was his Mangekyo, but he couldn't really use it just now since he'd be teleporting his body parts back out into the midst of the war. So it fell back to just Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and it makes sense to me that Kakashi could trump him there.

I'm sorry that's not convincing me. He didn't use Mokuton or Rinnegan, or any of the speed feats we've seen from him, he just went stupid. You can say Kakashi is Kage level,(without Kumai that's debatable), but I don't think Kakashi should have beat him, at least not the way he did. I don't mind a certain amount of PIS to move the story along, but CIS really irks me.

I'm not sure what you mean by speed feats since everything so far has been done with Kamui, but from what I understand about the Rinnegan, it functions as insta-knowledge - which is kinda useless for Obito who's in a tense battle right now, and a single jutsu won't magically switch the situation around. Since he was too busy battling Kakashi, I doubt he was given the chance to utilize its more dangerous abilities. Same thing with Mokuton - he simply didn't have the time to use it.

Or maybe it's a chakra issue. I mean, he did spend quite a lot of energy and chakra battling Naruto so maybe he simply didn't have enough to expend for the Rinnegan or Mokuton techniques. Hence why he could be easily matched by Kakashi.

Besides, even without Kamui, Kakashi's still pretty powerful. He isn't known as the Copy Ninja for nothing. Also, it's pretty easy to forget, but Raikiri is an S-Rank jutsu, capable of cutting through anything. Anything. That must count for something.

I don't think Rinnegan was too practical in this situation like Kirei said, but you have a point about the Wood Style.

I'm also gonna guess he's running low on gas at this point. If you think about it, he's done a lot in the war so far and I don't believe he had a chance to heal, unless being hooked up to the Juubi helped with that.

Just thought of something...

They made a pretty big deal about it taking 3 days for the whole Akatsuki to seal each individual Tailed Beast, but is Madara just going to do it in a matter of seconds? Seems so wrong, imo.

Well, the Akatsuki were sealing the Tailed Beasts into a statue. He's sealing it into himself. It didn't take very long for Minato to seal half the Kyuubi into Naruto, did it?

I thought they stated since they didn't have all 10 members at the time, the duration of the jutsu would be a bit lengthy. And Madara is bad ass... He an do stuff like that.

Never thought of that. :o

This is one of the biggest problems with the entire series. The overall theme was the next generation always surpasses the old. But to have all these old ninja come back and be OP destroys that. Now the theme is the main character(s) surpasses the old while everyone else sucks when compared.
