I wouldn't count on it.

Kishimoto said Sakura would become more of a heroine.

This might be the time where she does that.

Maybe she'll fight Haku? Because if you think about it, she was the only one who didn't fight in that arc and this way she will have done so just like Naruto and Sasuke.

Now I want to see Sakura vs Haku >.>

I want to see more of Haku's Ice Release...

Demonic Mirrors will get repetitive.

Way to take out Haku --> Take out Zabuza

Way to take out Zabuza --> Take out Haku

Haku lives(not literally because he's dead) to serve Zabuza and Zabuza cares for Haku too much... Hmm a dilemma

Free their souls or seal their souls, their bodies are just regenerating vessels...

What I'm saying is that the way to take out 1 is to free the soul of 2 and the way to take out 2 is to free the soul of 1.

Oh and Roxas, I just remembered that Kabuto needs to say "Release" as well.

For some reason, I can see Anko making a last ditch effort to send a message back to the main army or use some technique to hinder Kabuto dratically

I'm wondering if it makes a difference when releasing a technique (ie Edo Tensei)... If it has to be in Kabuto's voice, there is a bit more of a hassle but if not, Ino could easily make it work IF she talks in the voice of the host.

It doesn't matter. If it did then Kabuto with a cold couldn't undo the jutsu. (or if he lost his voice/changed his voice/goes through puberty/turns more into Orochimaru/ect...)

Sasuke will become blind, deaf, numb, and mute

WRONG. Your ears you keep and I'll tell you why. So that every shriek of every child at seeing your hideousness will be yours to cherish. Every babe that weeps at your approach, every woman who cries out, "Dear God! What is that thing," will echo in your perfect ears. That is what to the pain means. It means I leave you in anguish, wallowing in freakish misery forever.
