I think you are getting confused with what I am saying about Anko and the Cursed Seal.

 

I am asking if there is anything significant about Anko being compatible with the Cursed Seal. Will Kabuto use Edo Tensei on her and have her go Cursed Seal Mode 2?

 

There aren't that many people who are alive who have had Orochimaru's Cursed Seal... So maybe he has something special for her or something like that

 

Sasuke, Anko... Juugo doesn't count because he IS the Cursed Seal

I don't think so, Kabuto said he already had enough pawns to use, unless he was lying to Madara, which I'll admit is likely.

But Anko isn't that famous of a ninja, so her only usefulness to Kabuto is making him stronger.

All those in the prison are locked up because they were given the seal to see if they are compatible(?). Most of them mutated half way or were f***ed up because of the seal.

 

The only Shinobi who are alive who have the Heaven Seal are Anko and Sasuke. Kimimaro was the only known person with the Earth Seal.

You know, I can't STAND Madara. But, there is this:

 

MAdara has to be a great manipulator to change Sasuke (Whom I also cannto stand). Sasuke's life was made of HATE for Itachi. so, what did he do? He told Sasuke the truth of Itachi. Once Sasuke learned, he would have done what his brother wanted, but Madara hopped through that tiny little window to screw with his head, and make Sasuke kill Danzo.

I liked the chat between Zabuza/Haku and Kakashi/Sakura, I think the former two would have ascended if Kabuto didn't start the personality repression (at least that's what I gathered he was doing at the end there).
