bit offf topic but i just remembered the friendship of shikamaru and choji, honestly i thought tha was great

I remembered the friendship with Naruto and Sasuke.

The one that seemed to blossom from nowhere when the two talked about it in the Final Valley.

Seriously, I never thought they were friends until Sasuke said Naruto was his best friend >.>

Not the strongest...and no backstory beyond Choji friendship (and that he didn't like Naruto being shunned)

 

Asuma's death and (love/hate) relationship with Temari is all he's really got going.

sasuke and naruto weren't labelled "friends", but you can't say they magically became friends, because in their eyes that's the only friendship they knew there rivalry brought them closer which was seen when sasuke saved Naruto against Haku

Shikamaru is a great character though, he's probably 6th.

Anyway, a thought just occured to me while reading the Rock Lee manga.

 

What if Ninjutsu died out? Rock Lee's hard training would surpass Ninjutsu and it would be practiced for centuries to come. In those centuries, the word 'Ninjutsu' will be forgotten and renamed 'magic', while the spirit of Rock Lee lives on in the future generation of Ninja.

Sasuke only saved Naruto because he didn't want to lose another comrade...

 

They did grow closer but before their fight they had no backstory as to being each others friend (the dock scene when Naruto and Sasuke's eyes meet)

 

So yeah, they did kinda "magically" become best friends during that fight.

I think he didn't want to tell Madara all it took was manipulating their hearts/minds.

I just think Madara didn't want Kabuto to have access to Danzo and the 6 paths' powers.

DNA, just some blood I guess, from what he did to the Aburame.

He doesnt manipulate anybody's hearts or mind. Their mind is intact and they pretty much don't have a heart because they can't die.

 

How do you know that Madara has Danzo's body and all the DNA of the Sage? Kabuto just hasn't found it yet, that doesn't mean that Madara has it

 

It can't be "just some blood" because he revived people who have been long gone and their bodies probably decomposed all the way down to the bone. It's DNA, not blood. DNA is in your blood but DNA is also in other places

Anyway, I love how Impure World Resurrection has no drawbacks. Kishimoto really wanted to do something unexpected, and almost all high level techniques in Naruto have drawbacks.

Actually, Madara has Danzo's body. Remember he took it back to his lab with all those Sharingans?

But Danzo crushed his right eye, and since it wasn't originally his, it probably wouldn't be usable even if Danzo was resurrected. And I'm sure Madara has the weapons or chakra receivers from Deva Pain's body, so if Kabuto snags those, then he can bring them back too.

Didn't Danzo use all his sharingan in his arm for Izanagi? If Shisui's eye wasn't crushed, it would be usable even in Impure World.

 

I'm saying, where is the DNA on the chakra receivers? Unless chakra has DNA in it, I don't see how there is any DNA leftover on the receivers. All bodily fluids mustve dried out by now. Dried up blood is the only option. But even so, the Deva Path was Yahiko, Kabuto would be resurrecting Yahiko, not Nagato.

 

Also, I think the original corpses of the resurrected Shinobi have something to do with Edo Tensei. Like how Kabutomaru just threw Torune's body aside, that made me think that the original corpse has something to do with it... But I don't know what yet
