I think political issues are just right aroun the corner, because each Kage will be thinking "why should Danzo be Kage? However, since Naruto is the Jinchuriki, is more deserving of the position of Hokage, and the main character, he should just be the Hokage. Either Onoki or Raikage should be the Kageshin.
