i dunno, i'm still trying to figure out who the main antagonist is, I think it's Madara but if that's the case then we can't expect Kabuto to kill him, maybe betray him and fail but not kill him? I still want to know what Itachi gave Naruto? I'm still thinking that maybe the Sharingun Kekkei Genkei can somehow combine with a trait of the Uzumaki or Sanju clan to form something? but I dunno just a guess

2. Uchiha Madara (Eternal Mangkeyou Sharingan, Insane Chakra Levels, Nigh-Immortality, Space-Time Jutsus, well yeah.)

Here is why i put what i put:

 

1. I agree that sage of six paths is the strongest, but i don't no much about him

2. Naruto is the main character and masterd the rasengan and sage mode

3. sasuke has susanoo and mangeygeko sharingun

4. Itachi went easy on sasuke and has a awesome susanoo

5. kakuzu is a zombie, and has all 5 elements

6. hidan's curse and immortality

7. kisame' shark form and emmense chakra

8. madara doesn't have susanoo and his arm gets infected by a body guard [weak one]

9. deva pain can push and pull stuff

10. deidara's trump is impossible too dodge and bombs people

11. sasori let himsrelf die and could kill orochimaru [including every one else]

12. don't no much about him yet

13. that robot pain is strong but slow

14. guy has opened 7 gates and has that tiger thing

15. tsunade should be higher up but she is out cold

16. kakashi could hardly kill asura but should be higher

17. killer bee should be top 15 at least

18. jiraiya couldn't kill 2 pains

19. raikage should be higher

20. jugo in state 2 should be top 15

21. gaara is kinda week and could lose to anyone above.

alot of people rate Madara reallly low? If he was that weak then he wnated be seen as a threat to Naruto and the others, at the moment he has, Mangekyou and Rinnengan, he defeated Konan but underestimated her and lost an arm? I don't think at the moment naruto or Sasuke are stronger then Madara, but I dunno I might be wrong

im not saying his not entitled to an opinion...i'm saying a couple of people have put him low when his like the main antagonist of the story? Then again I could say to you when you wrote "i could not disagree with you more." His entitled to his opinions.

Madara is probably the strongest person in the series, except for Naruto and Sasuke (even thought I hate to include Sasuke) who are both exempt from death until the very end of the series.
