I got this idea, name came to me in a dream, seriously, the distortion effects came through a friend =) Whutcha thinkin: [spoiler=Effect]As long as this card is in the Graveyard, every effect that would be activated during the Draw Phase is activated during the End Phase, every effect that would be activated during the End Phase is activated during the Draw Phase, and each player draws in his/her End Phase instead of his/her Draw Phase.
