I try to add balance to all my cards. Example, a card I just created. It has a FANTASTIC ability. But to balance the card out, I made it weak. I think all in all it is balanced. I was thinking of making it 8 or 10 Gold-Counters.. But that would make the card under powered.

 

Thief Dragon of Golden Decent ll Level 2 ll Light ll Dragon, Tuner ll ATK:300 DEF:200

On the turn this card is Summoned it can remove all Gold-Counters from 1 Monster on the field and add them to itself. You may remove 5 Gold-Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 "Golden" Monster from your Graveyard. When this effect is used, destroy this card and add all Gold-Counters from this card to the Special Summoned Monster.

 

Basically all the monsters in this set strive on Gold-Counters. Making "Golden Castle" a very important card to have. I'm working on Spells and Traps to add Gold-Counters as well. I'm trying to keep it as balanced as possible. Each card alone is under powered, yes. But when they are together they are strong. Each card does something new with the Gold-Counters it receives, making different strategies possible within the Set. This Set has 1 basic weakness, that is taking out the cards that add Gold-Counters to these Monsters. The cards that I'm adding to the Set will be cards to counter this Sets weakness, to balance the weakness out. I guess only the completion of this Set will tell if it is over or under powered. I am going to try my best in keeping balance.

Quick summon ability, you might need to reword the card also just moves counters a lot.

Seems solid to me. lol

 

I'm not much of a card rater myself. I stay away from that stuff.

 

Thanks' date=' why not just comment on the cards. More cards you see, you can see different styles on how cards work also.

How are these for the set. I made some card version of the D-Hero Plasma support.

 

|Plasma Roar|0|PLIN |Trap Card|Trap||Continuous|||During your opponent's Standby Phase, if you control a "Destiny Hero - Plasma", place 1 Plasma Counter on this card. By sending this card to the Graveyard with 2 Plasma Counters on it, destroy 1 monster on the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster.|

 

|Plasma Counter|0|PLIN |Trap Card|Trap||None|||Activate only when a face-up "Destiny Hero - Plasma" you control is selected as an attack target while "D - Force" is face-up on top of your Deck. Decrease the ATK of the attacking monster by half and increase the ATK of "Destiny Hero - Plasma" by 1500 during the Damage Step.|

 

|D - Force|0|PLIN |Spell Card|Spell||None|||Place this card face-up on top of your Deck.
