EHERO Andrew
well, when making an neo space deck, you absolutely need 3 ancient rules and 3 fake hero in your deck. here's deck list of my neo space deck, maybe it will give you an idea. FoolMeNever
Neos decks can be good, if played with the right cards of course. I've seen a Neos deck beat a lot of people at a SJC. (He made it into Top 20's I think.)
Thegargoylevine
There is only one good Neos fusion, and that's with Glow Neos (he's awosome enough to make a deck just around him), with it's fusion requirement being Glow Neos, the worst Neos Monster, no matter which OTK or Appropriate Combo. I suggest using 3 Convert Contacts (A.K.A. Neo Space Destiny Draw) if you are not using Fusion Substitute Monsters. Elemental Hero Neos and Summoner's Art/E - Emergency Call are more important than Fake Hero and Ancient Rules. I might post my deck soon.
EHERO Andrew
Neos deck has potential...until Phantom Darkness comes in. It will have more neo space support cards like instant neo space, n-signal (summons neo-spacians), storm neos, ranbow neos (best neos fusion), super fusion, and rainbow veil. so, neo space deck has potential, it's just their time yet. Winged Kuriboh
Neos decks are good. I use one, and it defeats everyone I duel. You just need the right cards.

EHERO Andrew
no. Neos fusions are contact fusions. you must have Neos and the neo-spacian monsters on your side of the field and send them to your deck to fusion summon the Neos fusion. u cant use polymerization. it even says on the fusion cards you cant use polymerization for the contact fusion summon. If you could, then Rainbow Neos would be a "good" card. But you can't, and it is af if you can't win by just using Rainbow Dragon, and instead have to Fuse it. It's pretty dumb: Rainbow Dragon should have an effect to inflict 2000 damage per CB, not increase more 1000 more Atk, as if it needed more. And who would be dumb enough to send their hardly earned Rainbow Dragon back to their decks when Demise can do the same but save himself? And Rainbow Dragon is the dumbest excuse for a Neos Monster I have ever seen. His effect should be "you may declare instant victory and keep your opponent's deck." This is pretty much how many cards it needs: 1-Neos1-Rainbow Dragon2-Tributes for Neos7-CBs in your grave or fieldTotal 11 cards You are alot better off using Exodia Necross.
