Sparta™ Posted June 20, 2009 Report Share Posted June 20, 2009 [align=center]It's here, How to make advanced holos. It requires GIMP though. Step 1: Open PS. Step 2: Open your card. Step 3: Press the Quick Selection Tool. Step 4: Outline the part you want to advance holo. Step 5: Open another PS window. Step 6: Open GIMP. Step 7: Open your card. Step 8: Open your holo sheet as a layer and fit it as you please. Step 9: Press Ctrl + L Step 10: In the little screen, click mode then dodge. Step 11: Save your card. Step 12: Open the holoed card in PS. Step 13: Remember that pic you put in another window? Drag it to the card. Step 14: Place it where it was before you holoed it and cut it. Step 15: Your done! You will have a normal pic on top of a holoed background. Save it as PNG. Step 16: Go to tinypic.com Step 17: Press upload and find your image file. Step 8: Right click, press view, then press Zoom (100%), and then press Zoom (400%) or Zoom (800%). Step 9: Remember clicking the Paths Tool? Well now trace around the character in the pic (if there are parts like a hole in the character or something like that,make paths in there too). Step 10: Once the character is fully traced around, press View, then Zoom (400%), and then Zoom (100%). Step 11: Now press Ctrl + L and click the big eye in the box beside the holo sheet. Step 12: Don't worry, it's supposed to be like that. Now, press Edit>Cut and it shows your character!!! Step 13: Remember the box? Look at the top and click on Normal, then press Dodge and you have an advanced holo! Step 14: Go to File>Save As and save it, remember, replace jpg with png. Step 15: Upload the card from tinypic.com and you're done!
