Saizen watched at the Earthbound that was lungeing it's attack.

"The very second? Second..."' date=' he kept muttering and as the strike came at him he took it with his arm starting to glow purple-white colour all around him and used his powers to stop the attack, but still the strike made him slide few metres on the ground. As he took a look at his palm he could see the blood leaking scratches on it, but in the very instant they were healed by his glow. As the other attack was closing Saizen, a card he had facedown opened.

"The trap card, Preparations for the Dread. I shall be summoning two Mad monsters from my Graveyrd in defence but they cannot change battle positions, attack nor be tributed and they are destroyed during the end of my next turn. The two monsters I summon are Mad Synchron and Mad Shaman! The effect of Synchron removes my Reloader from my graveyard and summons my Mad Sniper from my deck. Then is time for the ability of my Mad Shaman! As long as he exists on the field, all monsters except Mad monsters lose 500ATK and when my DARK monster attacks no spell or trap cards can be activated.", he told his opponent.

"The second Earthbound, that must mean it's also the second strongest of them all, right? You really are showing your aces, Protheus. Just how many more do you have them in your sleeves?", he said in a tone that sounded like he would be praising Protheus.

"This truely is a perfect test. Please do go on or will it be my turn?", Saizen continued with his wide smile of bad omen.

Preparetions for the Dread

Normal trap

Special Summon 2 Mad non-Synchro monsters from your Graveyard in Defence Position. The Special Summoned monster's cannot attack, change Battle Positions nor be tributed for a Tribute Summon. The monsters are destroyed during your next End Phase.

Mad Shaman

DARK/6/Fiend/2100/1100

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of a Trap Card. All monsters without "Mad" in their name lose 500 ATK. Once per turn, when a DARK monster you control attacks, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards.

Mad Sniper(search, i place it later)

Protheus: I activate Firstiration Reaper's effect and toss a coin. Since it's Heads again, all your Monsters are destroyed. I turn Firstiration Reaper to defense and End my Turn. This Earthbound was the second to enter existence but the 3rd strongest. The question is, do you truly have enough power to destroy it?

"Let's see Dear Protheus. Let's just see, but first since I still have my Boundaries of the Mad Shaman, your monsters abilities are all negated so my monsters are not destroyed by your Firstiration Reaper. Of course your Earthbound God is now unaffected by card effects, but that's just a matter of your facedowns. My turn.", Saizen said and drew.

"Now I'll be activating a spell card, Bribed Robberers. Now for every DARK monster on the field, one spell or trap is destroyed. That means 4 cards so my Boundaries, Bribed Robberers and your two facedowns are now destroyed. Next is time for the 3rd and for now last Synchro among Mad-series! I tune Mad Synchron with my Mad Shaman! Appear to my side, Soaring Mad Leviathan! Now... Protheus, it seems the first time for me to play this card just happened to be you. I remove Mad Shaman and Mad Synchron from my graveyard and now summon... one of the newest adds of my deck, Mad Red-Eyes Dragon!", Saizen announced and the monster appeared on the field, roaring except for the Sniper who just laughed annoyingly.

"So... ready?", Saizen asked.

Saizen: LP500, HS:1, Field: Mad Sniper, Soaring Mad Leviathan, Mad Red-Eyes Dragon

Protheus: LP4000, HS:0, Field: Earthbound God -Akribis Thanatos, F-Reaper

Protheus: No holding back! I thought you might destroy my face-downs. Apparently, they are New Setter and Triggered Explosion so I'll destroy your Mad Synchron and set 1 card from my Deck. That Mad Red-Eyes Dragon is actually a card that becomes the preferred archetype of the user and it's the currently the only connection between this world and the Underworld.

[spoiler=Cards Used]

Triggered Explosion

Normal Trap Card

When this face-down card is destroyed, destroy 1 Monster on the Field.

New Setter

Normal Trap Card

When this face-down card is destroyed, select 1 Spell or Trap card from your Deck and set it face-down.

OOC: Popping in.

And, actually, the Sky Signers want the King of the Underworld to come back. That way they can create the world anew once the King starves to death after consuming all life on the planet.

And there aren't any towers to prevent this. We just have to stop the Sky Signers from achieving their objective.

OOC: That means Sky Signers are EVIL!!!???!?!?!

Zunamis: "So, that's the Sky Signers' purpose, what a surprise."

Miniras: "If it's are destiny, we must follow it..."

Zunamis: "But... maybe we change this destiny..." *activates duel disk*

IC: Zunamis and Miniras go into the Dark Signer base, while the other duels are going, and look for Zarkus...

OOC: Zarkus is doing something random, watch.

OOC: Popping in again.

The Sky Signers believe that the Crimson Dragon has forsaken them by allowing humanity to develop all of these weapons, so they want to take matters into their own hands by rebuilding civilization from the ground up.

Think of the concept of good and evil as a scale:

The Dark Signers are at one end of the scale, the Sky Signers are at the other, and the Signers are in the middle. Currently, the scale is tipping towards the "good" side, so the natural order of things needs to be maintained.

Understand?

OOC: Not really 'cause Sky Signers and Dark Signers are major rivals trying to take each other out but they both want to bring forth the same thing, the King of the Underworld. Sky Signers want to create their own world and Dark Signers want to destroy the world so its a scale of good and evil...

OoC: My Sky Signer doesn't agree with that. (Below)

Sora: That's insane! Why would you want to bring the King of the Underworld?! There's got to be some kind of explanation for this!

Valhalla: Fellow Skybounds, the Crimson Dragon doesn't want us to do this!

OOC: My Sky Signers want to have a different destiny so they are going to talk to Zarkus.

Zunamis: *thinking while Sky mark is reacting* "Valhalla, me and my Immortal agree with you, but there might be no way of changing destiny."

Miniras: "My immortal and I agree with you to Valhalla."
