Set Three -Last Set-

Welcome to the End Battle Of The Chunin Exam.

You have all made great cards, and now there are three of you left. Everyone who made cards did good, but the three of you are the elite card makers in the club. The winner of this exam will not only become a Chunin, they will get 100 points and a Custom Banner, made by Oldmaster. This is the most important challenge in the contest, and you all should try your best. You don't want to lose after coming this far. In my opinion, this challenge is the hardest challenge to be posted on the forums. That's why I am telling you all, put effort into these cards. This club is a very good idea to me, and I really want to see all of you become Chunin. However, that won't happen yet. Only one of you will. I think I know who it is going to be, and I am not going to say who. Alright, here is the challenge. By next Monday, you each have to create only one card. There are rules though. The card must have an effect that is on no other card. Meaning, you have to make up a new effect. That's not all, the effect must be balanced too. Along with that, the card must be a monster, and it must not have more than 3000 attack points. If the picture is not good, you won't win, I guarantee it. There's one other rule. The card's effect should be incredibly good, but a card that wouldn't go on the banned or limited list. So, I say to you, Stevenbray, Wicket, and Cardcreator55, good luck with this challenge, and may the best member win!
