I was hoping that you or YCMaker would install the plugin PM on Registration by Dennis Tsang. There are a few settings in the AdminCP that will allow you to add the text that goes into the PM, the Subject of the PM, and the sender of the PM.

 

I was hoping if you would add some text along these lines:
