Thousand Eyes Idol (Without Relinquished), Dancing Elf then Flame Viper.

Most of these Cards are quite good if played in the correct way, for example:

Opponent summons Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.

You summon Dancing Elf and then play Creature Swap.

Sacrifice Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to get it off the field or Attack the Dancing Elf for 4900 Damage.

the weakest card is dancing elf not counting the cards that go with some support card(thousand eyes idol...). Skull servant and thousand eyes idol are weaker but every of them has a support card. thousand eyes idol fuses with relinquished and forms a powerful monster while skull servant serves as an support card for king of all skull servants.

My first ever card was "Witty Phantom", lol.

But I think in the early game, nearly every card other than Blue-Eyes, Red-Eyes, Dark Magician and some others I probably missed, were absolute crap. My brother bought the Kaiba Starter Deck off the Internet recently. I couldn't help but laugh at some of the cards. My Six Samurai-Zanji is stronger than Rude Kaiser, and he's a Level 6. And some of their flavor texts are hilarious. For example, Mystic Clown:

Nothing can stop the mad attack of this powerful creature.

Yeah, except for my Clayman, Dread Dynamo, Six Samurai - Irou, Six Samurai - Zanji, Cyber Dragon, Sakuretsu Armor...
