[spoiler=DARE]

By: Naz

This song represents an epic showdown, of dance. as a look at the lyrics:

It's coming up

It's coming up

It's coming up

It's coming up

It's coming up

It's coming up

It's coming up

It's DARE

this represents the song that would be of the dance off. DARE represents the chanlenge given to the opposer. this would be challenge given to a respected dancer of some sort, as in the next set of lyrics:

You've got to press it on you

You just think it

That's what you do, baby

Hold it down, DARE

this is said by a bystander, maybe a friend of the challenged, saying that (s)he has to take this seriously to become one of the best. also saying that (s)he is good at it, so that it would be an easyish challenge. and to "hold it down" as to beat it without a sweat.

Jump with them all and move it

Jump back and forth

And feel like you were there yourself

Work it out

being said by the same person, and later on, by the challenger, as to intimidate.this being said just to give encouragement by the bystander. about the being there yourself, as in being somewhere comfortable, or even an average dance-off, as this one is pretty huge. "work it out" means think of something spontanious to beat the challenger, something that would be the best.

Never did no harm

Never did no harm

this is also said by both. for the same reasons, as well. this means that dancing never did any harm, so why not take risks with dance-offs, if you might lose.

and all of it repeats...

Hence: the song is about a dare from one great dancer to another, with the challenged being unsure of whether to accept it. he gets help from his friends and a little anger from his challenger for not not completely accepting.

as for the song itself, i give it a 4/5 for it's upbeat and great style of music
