grammar problems, and you need to start cheaking the "effect" box, but in all here you go:

so this card gets (over looking the fact you forgot to make it an effect monster) 5.1/10

his effect should be stated "This card is Unaffected by all Spell and Trap cards, also negate the effect of all Spell and Trap cards Targeting this card" upper case Skull and Dragon, and uppercase Dragon as a type.
