They never had money for an operation, and Blair was left alone with only his Parents. He had no brothers or sisters, or even friends, which made him quiet. Blair had always wanted to learn swordplay, and he did. He had stolen a sword from a merchant, without the merchant knowing, and ran to a forest to train himself. As he grew up, he began to get more and more used to fighting with swords blindly. He found that his other senses were heightened, and he was able to become an expert in sword-fighting. Blair found the Mirage Blade as he was taking a walk in the forest.Anything to add for Your Character: Blair is Quiet, Calm, Intelligent, and of course, Blind. Riku Posted June 20, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 20, 2009 ~BUMP~[spoiler=Chapter 2-Besaid]Wakka and Vladimir walk to the main village, talking. “So you and the others actually defeated Sin?” Vladimir asked. “Yes, we thought he was killed, for eternity and we never offered somebody for the final Aeon, but somehow he was resurrected.” Wakka said questionably. “I heard that the evil Seymour had resurrected Sin and to make it worse, he has brain washed Yuna, so now Yuna is his Wife and Slave.” Vladimir said angrily. “I know but there is nothing we can do, I guess we will train and then fight, sorry I have no better advice.” Wakka Said in a sad tone. “Well let’s head back to the group, they’re all probably worried except Runi.” Vladimir said while laughing. Wakka and Vladimir walk back then the group decides to go to the village. Wakka and Tidus take the Long and hard way and Rakke, Runi and Lukky all take the short and simple path.“Blast it a condor ya?” Wakka said to Vladimir. “Yes it is, I know these are your specialty so here you may fight this one.” Vladimir said while smiling. Wakka throws his Blitzball; the Condor dodges it and pecks Wakka on the head. “Ow that hurt god damnit!” Wakka said with rage. Then Wakka used his Elemental Reels, Wakka’s Blitzball began to glow then it became fire! “Take this!” Wakka said as he kicked his fire Blitzball at the Condor, thus knocking it unconscious and winning the fight. “Hmm…. You need 500 Gil and a potion?” Wakka asked in curiosity. “Nah… I'm good I just need that Gil” “May I have that Gil?” Vladimir asked. “Sure” Wakka said while handing Vladimir the Gil. “You want anything else?” Wakka asked. “Nope that’ll be all” Vladimir stated while reaching the town. Once Wakka and Vladimir got to the town, they decided to rest at Wakka’s. Once everyone had gotten to Wakka’s they all started to tell stories till a familiar face came in.“Lulu? Is that you?” Vladimir Asked. “So you do know who I am, Yes I am Lulu and sadly neither me or Wakka can help you guys, the reason is that well we have a wedding recession tomorrow.” Lulu said. “Awe… C’mon, we need you guys to defeat Sin, if you don’t help who can we get?” “Rikku is gone with Cid, you two are married, Kimahri is too far away, Auron is dead and Tidus is missing.” Vladimir said in a sad but angry tone. “Sorry but I guess you either have to wait for Rikku to notice you or find Kimahri at Mt.Gagazet, If we weren’t getting married I would have came and so would have Wakka, but we have to get married, Yuna wanted us too.” Lulu said. “Oh well, I mean we can fight with the best we got.” Rakke said while taking a bite of an apple.“That reminds me, Vladimir, Rakke come outside so I can teach you guys a couple moves.” Wakka said in a happy voice. Vladimir and Rakke followed Wakka to find out that Wakka was going to teach them five moves, Delay attack, Power Break, Armor Break, Dark Attack and Silence Attack.” Wakka stated. Wakka started to show them on how to use those techniques. “See that’s all you had to do, easy ya?” “Hell yeah it is.” Vladimir and Rakke simultaneously said. Everyone heads to sleep after shutting the gate so no fiends come in. It was a dark night and neither Vladimir nor Lukky could sleep. “Vladimir can you come outside?” Lukky asked in a cute tone. Vladimir began to walk outside “You wanted me Lukky?” Vladimir asked “Well, will you go through the cloister of Trials with me, I heard they are scary.” Lukky asked while grabbing Vladimir's hand. “Well sure I don’t mind at all.” Vladimir said while putting his jacket on Lukky.Lukky and Vladimir advanced into the temple to get Lukky’s new aeon, Valefor. “Wait just a second” a mysterious person said while holding his hand up in front of the steps to the cloister of trials. “Who are you? Tell me or I will kill you.” Vladimir said while pulling out his scythe in front of Lukky to protect her. “I am a legendary warrior, I am the one they call Wes, I helped Yuna on her journey but I had them not tell anyone about me, I would like to help you guard Lukky.” Wes said. “Lukky should we trust him?” Vladimir asked “Of course, if he is willing to break into the temple at the middle of the night just to ask me this simple question, then he must be really loyal.” Lukky Said to Vladimir. “Fine, But Wes stay here and stand guard for any fiends.” Vladimir said while grabbing Lukky’s hand. Once Lukky and Vladimir had entered the Cloister of Trials, Lukky had something to tell Vladimir, as he was doing the puzzle to get to Valefor. “Vladimir, Do… uhh…. You... like me?” Lukky asked Vladimir dropped the Besaid Sphere onto the ground. “Uh… he he… Funny story, actually I kind of do if that’s okay with you?” Vladimir said in an embarrassing tone. “Well I like you and that was why I asked you to come here with me, you’re the one I trust the most out of the group, and well I just really like you, I’ve liked you since 7th grade and I just wanted you to have this.” Lukky said while giving Vladimir a romantic kiss on the lips. “Thanks but may we save the drama to the end I want to get this aeon.” Vladimir said while grabbing the sphere he dropped on the ground. “And viola!” Vladimir said as a door opened “I’ll stay here while you go and get the aeon.” “Lukky, ok I’ll be back in about five minutes.” Lukky said while entering the room. After about ten to twenty minutes Lukky finally came out, all worn out she got down the stairs and told Vladimir something “I did it” she said to Vladimir, then she passed out and Vladimir carried her to the entrance. “Is she ok?” Wes said as he noticed Vladimir walking out of the Cloister of Trials with Lukky in his arms. “Yeah she just needs some sleep, come on come to the camp with us and stay in the hut.” Vladimir said to Wes. “Sure” Wes stated. Their reactions were different than what I would think they would've act like. So, Wes comes in teh team all of a sudden? No questions about his past life or whatever? While he did say that he was with Yuna on the journey, and I do respect that knowledge, let me quote what Lukky said; "Of course, if he is willing to break into the temple at the middle of the night just to ask me this simple question, then he must be really loyal." ...So because he breaks into the temple at the middle of the night just to ask if he could be a guardian, proves he is loyal?
