Monsters:

Hydra Guardian of the Deep

Water

Sea-serpent

Atk 1500 def 1500

effect: when this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard you can Special Summon it from the graveyard during your End-Phase and equip it with a "Hydra Head" Equip Spell Card from your deck.

 

Spells:

Ancient Ocean

Field spell

effect: when you activate this card send all Sea-serpent monsters from your Deck to your graveyard. once per turn during your main-phase you can Special Summon 1 Sea-serpent monster from your graveyard by paying life points equal to its level *100.

 

Hydra head

equip spell

effect: increase the atk and def of the equipped monster by 700 points.

if this card is is your graveyard and a "Hydra Guardian of the Deep" is Special Summoned from your graveyard you can equip this card from you graveyard to the summoned monster.

 

Traps:

Constriction

continuous trap

activate when a monster on you opponent's side of the field declares a direct attack select one Sea-Serpent monster in your graveyard and remove it from play then switch the opponent's monster to Defence Position it cannot change its battle position except with a card effect.

 

My first attempt at card creation, any help criticisms or corrections would be appreciated.

Ok, 'Graveyard', 'Sea-Serpent', 'Deck', 'Special Summon', 'End Phase', 'Equip Spell Card', 'Hydra Head' (or any card name), 'Main Phase', 'Life Points', 'ATK', 'DEF' and 'Defence Position' always need capitals, always.

It is always called the 'Graveyard', not the 'grave' like you called it in the last two cards.

In the last card you sadi "opponents" it should be "opponent's", with the apostraphe

 

Other than the above OCG problems the cards are pretty good. The cards are all fairly balanced and well designed.

The last card might be a little weak though, since cards like Dimensional Prison will remove the attacking monster from the field. Maybe if you gave it a more powerful effet, taking control of the monster or changing all of their monsters to Defence Position, or if you made the card continuous and able to respond to every attack, then it might be more usable.
