Ok. I will make one. See if you like it.

 

Lightning levity orb

Level 3 DARK (Thunder/effect)

If an effect that targets a face-up "levity' monster is activated, you can move the targeted monster to one of your unoccupied monster zones to negate the effect and destroy it. If there are no cards in the colemn that the selected monster is switched to, inflict 800 damage to your opponent.

ATK 1200 DEF 300

 

So...? If you don't like it I can start a new set...

Effect:When this card is Normal Summoned you can remove from play up to 3 monsters with 2000 or less ATK from your Graveyard. This cad gains 600 ATK for every monster removed from play by this cards effect. When this card is destroyed by battle inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponents Life Points.

Careless conductor

level 2 DARK (Thunder/Tuner)

FLIP: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. move 1 card on the field to an adjacent unoccupied zone. After this card is flipped, when it is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can draw 1 card.

 

Force of Lightning

level 4 DARK (Thunder/effect)

If this card is in the same colemn as an opponent's monster, this card gains 300 ATK during the Battle Phase only. When this card is Destroyed, you can move 1 monster on the field to an adjacent unoccupied Monster card zone.

ATK 1800 DEF 200

 

Static Wire

level 1 DARK (Thunder/Tuner)

Once per turn, you can tribute 1 monster you control to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower DARK Thunder-type monster from your Deck. You cannot tribute a monster that is in the same colemn as an opponent's monster.

ATK 300 DEF 100

 

Ebon Thunder Keeper

level 5 DARK (Thunder/Synchro/effect)

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK Thunder-type monsters

Once per turn, you can move 1 monster on the field to an unoccupied zone that is in the same row as the selected monster. Also, once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster on the field if there is no monster in the same colemn as the selected monster. During the End phase of your turn, if there is no monster in the same colemn as this card, Destroy this card.

Divine Thunder Key

Level 7 DARK (Thunder/effect)

If you control 3 or more DARK monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by removing from play 1 monster you control. You can tribute this card and another DARK monster to gain 1 on the following effects:

*Destroy all cards on the field.

* Special Summon 1 "Divine Thunder" From your Hand, Deck or Graveyard.

ATK 0 DEF 1200

 

Divine Thunder

Level 10 DARK (Thunder/effect)

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Divine Thunder Key". Once per turn, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card. If any DARK Thunder-type monsters you control battles an opponents monster, you can destroy that monster immediately, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half that monster's ATK. If this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 DARK Thunder-type monster from your Hand, Deck or Graveyard, except "Divine Thunder Key".

ATK 2600 DEF 1700

Thunder Plateau

Field spell

Once per turn, you can move 1 monster on the field to an adjacent unoccupied monster card zone. If any DARK Thunder-type monsters exist on your side of the field, your opponent cannot activate the effects of any spell, trap, or monster cards during either player's battle phase. When this card is Destroyed, draw 1 card.

 

This stops Honest it it's friggin' tracks.
