If it wasn't for change, none of us will be where we are. Evolution is a term associated with change. Everything happens because of change. Monkeys would still be monkeys if it wasn't for change. The question is why do we still have monkeys? Answer - we still have monkeys but those monkeys are different from before. we have new breeds of monkeys. Evolution takes time. It sometimes takes thousands of years. Still, change is inevitable.

 

Here's a brain teaser. If "change is constant", wouldn't that contradict the statement itself? Can change "actually change" because of change?
