Pic is great' date=' effect is great but I think you should change the Level 3 or lower to Level 2 or lower like the real Junk Warrior, since Level 3 or lower would make him a bit OP'd.

Well imo its a tad boring. I mean i can understand why you really didnt add any effects(At least i cant see any) because it is pure realism, but it lacks that nice taste that people like too see when they see a tag. Overall, its very realistic, and it shows something that people take for granted but is very important in our life, but its just too plain...

 

Suppose to be, and the only real effects I needed were a gradient flare shining for the streetlight, and so blurs to everything BUT the streetlight. Then, I sharpened up the light. I was thinking of giving it an old photo look, but It didn't look very good.

 

Actually, i'd like too see it without the old photo look, then judge which is better. :D

2. Public relations officer - In charge of queries/questions each member of this club has. He/She will also have the power to Kick out someone who misbehaves or is not active. This officer must also take note of the new members so when DeMeNTeD comes back, he can add them.

3. Event officer - In charge of special events like Opening of a new shop, RP thread, music thread, etc. This officer must also take note of threads created by any club member which he/she thinks is worthy. Then, posts the link here for everyone to view.

I like it. One of my frustrations when i was a little younger. Wanted to smoke but can't.

 

Anyone wants a 1 on 1 against me? I don't want to be rusty when i come back. any level 5 or higher member will do. Any monster card except synchros and rituals. I only have today so i'll make the most out of it.

 

Again, i want someone to put their best monster card against my 20 minute card^_^

This is a card that I made yesterday along with a support card, please comment and rate. They try to support the "Hyperion" set that I am currently making.

 

 

[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Summoned unless "Wudan Temple" is face-up on the field. When this card attacks your opponents monster, decrease this cards DEF by 500(permanently). If this card's DEF reaches 0 this way, remove this card from play and inflict 1000 damage to this card's controller. When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster from your Deck.

 

 

 

 

[spoiler=Effect]While this card is face-up on the field place 1 Wudan Counter on all "Hyperion" monsters you control. When a monster with a Wudan Counter engages in battle, you can destroy the Wudan Counter to activate 1 of the following effects. 1. Negate the attack and flip your opponents monster into face-down Defense Position. 2. Negate the attack and Draw 1 card. 3. Increase your monsters ATK by 300.

Card Lore:

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 2 WIND monsters you control. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, switch it to Defense Position. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot select a WIND monster as an attack target other than this card. During each of your opponent's Battle Phase, you can pay 300 Life Points and discard 1 card to select the monster with the highest ATK on your opponent's field. The selected monster must attack this card if possible. When this card is selected as an attack target, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 4). Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can Special Summon 1 WIND monster from your Graveyard whose Level is equal to or less than the number of Spell Counters on this card. A monster Special Summoned by this effect is removed from play during the End Phase. If this card is destroyed, return all monsters removed from play by this card's effect to your Graveyard.
