When you post here, the cards aren't supposed to be all cardy, it should just same name effect, type, etc

Should be Quick-Play, and it's too OVP'd. You could easily have a really strong card out of play, having used Soul Release or Dimensional Fissure. Say you have a Stardust or a, just for ATK purposes, BEUD. You'd automatically Summon it, and that would be WOW. Make a cost or something, and a lot of monsters have over 1500 ATK, so that would be really easy to activate. There should be a limit, like... "Special Summon one Level 4 or lower monster that is removed from play to your side of the field." not "Special Summon a removed from play monster to your side of the field." That's WAAAAY OVP'd. kk :]

*Sigh* How many people have made that mistake now? killertrey is right, except for using the word "cardy".

 

And, simply put, no it is not. The title still needs capitals. It's "when there are", not "when there is". "Removed from play on to" doesn't make sense, and should be "removed from play to". It should read "removed from play monster" and not "monster removed from play." It should read "Activate only when there are 5 or more monsters currently removed from play", and "out of play" is NEVER used. And finally, the name sounds like a bad sexual innuendo (jyst being blunt there).

 

My advice; do the card here first, THEN make it. Other people's opinions really help.
