Hydra of Ages
Meh. The second effect (Doubling Atk and Def against face-down), I can't see ever being useful. When was the last time anyone sets a card with enough DEF that your normal attackers can't crack it, but less than 2400 DEF? The 'Flip monsters facedown when summoned' effect is pretty useful though, kinda like an extra Book of Moon. Although that begs the question, what deck would need more than 3 Book of Moon anyway? Considering it's better to activate a Spell rather than waste your Normal Summon for the same effect... As for the final effect, would probably end up ran in a Lightsworns deck. Link to comment
-Griffin
In summary, A level 3 which can kill any monster with less that 2400 DEF, can flip a monster down for other things, can kill set monsters easily if you're taking control of the duel and your opponent is stalling and can then do a little something after he's dead too. It wouldn't be a staple but it certainly has its uses, I like cards with lots of effects like this, definately gives a good amount of thought to the game. Link to comment
To-Chi
This card's only flaw is that the monster it attacks to gain it's bonus has to be face-down, which could pose several problems, like a card that was summoned, then was switched to defense position. Not that that would happen often, but I'm just sayin'. Link to comment
-Griffin
Well, I guess it makes a good Anti-Worm card, right? Link to comment
Hydra of Ages
Well' date=' I guess it makes a good Anti-Worm card, right?[/quote'] Not particularly, I wouldn't think. Don't Worms work off Flip effects? Link to comment
-Griffin
Yeah, which means they'll always be set.Maybe make it negate the effects of cards it destroys by battle? That would make it Side Deck material at the least. Link to comment

Thanks for the advice! Link to comment
-Griffin
Also, a minor OCG thing; "You can remove from play this card in your Graveyard" yada yada, "remove" doesn't seem to be used. Link to comment
Exa Raiun
Remove from play fixed, and added 5 new creatures - several Slime monsters. While they are not exactly related to the existing Slime monsters , the effect of Sea Slime applies to them too, and you can use the existing ones as Fusion Materials for the "1 or more "Slime" monsters" part in Queen Slime.
