Skarlet
Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points and select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and 1 Psychic-Type monster you control, except "Psychic Jumper". Switch control of those monsters. Their battle positions cannot be changed this turn, except with a card effect. Discuss - I think it would be good in some Monarch build, Send a Psychic monster to your opponent, tribute the monster you just go for Raiza and return the monster you gave up to the top of your deck. BulletMan
Why return a monster to the top of your OWN Deck and waist a Draw Phase? ON TOPIC: lol, creature swap on legs.
Skarlet
Well, that's actually a good point, but still, there's a chance you're not getting anything much better with the draw, but either way, I still see some usfulness in a Monarch build, even if it's giving your opponent a Dark Psychic, tributing thier monster and doing 1000 points of lolburn, assuming they don't have another monster 3400 isn't bad. This only occurs in ridiculously improbable situations, requires a dedicated Psychic Monarchs build, and is the best-case scenario for the use of this card in that build. RyanAtlus
Give your opponent a weak Psychic, trib whatever you got for Caius and do sum damage.Mobius would also work if your opponent has got face-downs.
Kale
ive always hated this card for the fact that it cannot target itself.. this means that you would need to have 2 Psychics on the field to activate his effect, and most of the time that would mean no tributing for Caius. :| needs a completely dedicated build to allow that to happen..
