I know that. Use x3 of The Dark - Hex Sealed Fusion. The Light - Hex Sealed Fusion or The Earth - Hex Sealed Fusion.

 

You cant do that. You cant use Hex-Sealed's and/or King of the Swamps to summon Divine Neos or any of the Neos fusions. It's neither a Hero or a NS or a Neos so it's useless.

Divine Neos' effect: "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by a Fusion Summon of any 5 "Neos", "Neo-Spacian", "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" or "Evil Hero" monsters including at least 1 "Neos" monster, 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster and 1 "Hero" monster."

 

Hex-Sealed effect: "You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion Material Monster. The other Fusion Material Monster(s) must be the correct one(s)"

 

As you can see, Hex's and KOTS neither of these cards, so you cant use their "Substitution" effect, bc their names don't match the requirements. it works for substituting Fusion Monsters like EH Flame Wingman, but it doesnt work for Fusions like EH Grand Neos or Divine Neos.

Of course we did, why would we argue against it if we didn't?

 

Just like Goddess with the Third Eye, Versago the Destroyer and King of the Swamp, Hex can substitute for a fusion material, but it's name does NOT get changed to the name of the fusion-material monster; Ergo, fusions that specify that the fusion materials NEED that name, cannot be subbed into. Say, D-Hero Prisma WOULD be able to be used, but that's because his effect specifically allows him to change his name to the monster.

If hex's doesnt work for any Neos Fusion (Grand, Air, and etc) or for FGD, or XYZ fusions, then it doesnt work for Divine Neos. if the effect was like 1 EH Neos + 1 DH Plasma + 1 EvH Malicious Edge + 1 NS Grand Mole, then Hex would work, but since that's not the case, it doesnt work.

 

The reason Hex can work on fusions like Flame Wingman is bc it needs SPECIFICALLY 1 Avian and 1 Burstinatrix. Divine Neos doesnt call for a specific material.
