DARKPLANT RISING
Which is better, Dark Counterparts or Lightsworns!? The good parts of each-Dark Counterparts: Most don't need tributes AND are more better then the original versionsLightsworns: Can summon Wulf easily, and it always has the occotianal Judgenemt Dragoon The bad parts of each-Dark Counterparts: Your whole deck must be DARKLightsworns: Gobbles up your precious deck Which is better? I will choose Dark Counterparts. Which are you?

Mr. Judgment Dragon
Dark Counterparts: Your whole deck must be DARK Not in all cases. Really' date=' Rainbow Dark Dragon is the only Dark Counterpart that has that requirement but that is not the worst part. The vast majority need to be high levelled and not be able to be Normal Summoned or Special Summoned outside a specific requirement. Dark Armed Dragon can be used in almost any Deck that has a few DARKs. Dark Horus alone is merely a beatstick with a laughable and situational effect. The beatstick part does come in handy in a Hopeless Dragon Deck which is essentially a Dragon Deck built around Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Dark Creator is usually teched into Decks a lot like Dark Armed Dragon except it requires you to really have mostly Dark Monsters. Blackwings are an example of this. Lightsworns: Gobbles up your precious deck Lightsworns are a lucksack archetype overall but a dangerous one at that. Some Decks use a few to help speed them up or as a draw engine. Lightsworns are an archetype and a strong one. DARK is an Attribute and a rather well supported one at that. Dark Counterparts get most of what DARKs have. Lightsworns win since they themselves aren't stuck with mostly pathetic support that keeps them from being a viable build. Dark Counterparts are really only used these days for supporting DARK-based Decks like Blackwings or Hopeless Dragon. Lightsworns can both support Decks and work as an actual Deck. Guest
Lightsworns: Gobbles up your precious deck YCM still thinks self-mill is a bad thing and views cards-in-the-deck as being analogous to Life Points? Come on' date=' guys. Yugimonz doesn't even have Magic's meta-story, where milling your own deck represents destroying your own memories; it's just [i']cards[/i]. And those cards are not especially useful in the deck.
Guest PikaPerson01
Dark Counterparts: Most don't need tributes AND are more better then the original versions "Don't need tributes" is such a vague sentiment. Technically speaking' date=' Dark Simorgh doesn't "require tributes", it merely requires you to run a terrible Blackwing deck. Likewise, Rainbow Dark Dragon doesn't "require a tribute", but rather requires you to play a disgustingly bad deck. Dark Nephtys however is just terrible. Lightsworns: Can summon Wulf easily, and it always has the occotianal Judgenemt Dragoon Your "pros" is that it can summon a 2100 beatstick easily? When did every single other deck in the entire world become incapable of running Cyber Dragon or Big Piece Golem? The bad parts of each-Dark Counterparts: Your whole deck must be DARK Just a decent amount' date=' but not really the entire deck. Valkyria, DAD, and Zerato are plenty splashable, and Simorgh requires a mix of wind and dark. Lightsworns: Gobbles up your precious deck Stop being terrible at the game. Akira
lol Pika. I don't know why you even bother anymore. It's like trying to assert authority on a retarded 6 year old who is under the delusion that he is a tree.
