First thing bad OCG.

 

I like the first card I give it a 9/10

I think the OCG should be so:

Choose one monster on the field and increase his ATK by 1000. At the end phase of the turn this card was activated destroy that monster.

 

I don't get the effect of the second card. I think you can't discard a card you do not own and what do you meen with: If there is a toss up?

The cards are nice. Really though the first, could be better, I don't find the need to sacrifice the monster, something a little less lethal would be ok (like it looses 500 attack for a turn after that or something, but your card, its still ok) I'll give it a 4/10, I wouldn't use it, but it might be o.k. sometimes. The next two are interesting. I find 600 points though not very good, there isn't a good chance that they'll have any of your cards in there hand (I think the only card is like exchange, which will only get one card in their hand). I like it, but sadly you won't even let it work with toss up (well you could use toss up, then remove it from the grave I suppose, but thats too difficult to combo altogether). I'll give it a 5/10, cool effect, but unlikely. As for the last card, it might be borderline cheap (my hand has nothing but crappy one sack required creatures, mwahaha). Although I'd still only call it borderline. Although I could see myself using it, so I'll give it a 7/10 (wouldn't work in a normal deck, but a deck with nothing but junk, you have a 1/8 chance of pulling it first few turns, that'd be an easy win.)

Umm...So are you Sahan so you shouldn't really call him a newbie...

 

Second, I think Power Burst is pretty good except you kinda need to fix your grammar and OCG and Card Burn's effects are pretty bad...Not too bad though but you could modify them a bit and the cards will be awsome! You made a pretty good effort overall! 8.81/10

I agree with instinct. Your other cards are cool as well, and Card Burn is interesting, but hard to play because of the "No Toss Up" rule.
