Do you think they should give Newbies Bonuses

Yeah. Like, giving a 1+REP and about 50 points to new guys that come in. I've seen some guys that are new. They get upset when they don't have enough points. Yeah. I mean, the world right now is too harfd for newbies.

If anyone thinks this is a good idea, post on here.

That actually doesn't sound like such a bad idea. But what about those who came in just a little bit before the rule has been enforced? Also, who will give the points? You have to take in consideration a lot of things. Don't forget those who had to work for their reps and points. A noob should have to work for their things as well.

Actually, Supers and Admins can manipulate points. I 'm not sure whether they can do it to others, though.

Just for starting money to give them a kick-off, 50 Points, but no Reputation. Giving them free reputation is stupid, you EARN reputation, not get it just for registering... And those 50 points, people will just register new accounts to send the points to their main...

That might be a good idea, but let's give new members 10 points when they start but NO REPS. You gotta earn them.

 

Of course people will just make new accounts to do it, but that's where the mod/admin comes in :smile:
