this is a new club that will be up and runnin for all of eternity. yes as the name describes it this is the organization where psychic duelists, psychics, and psychic enthusiats and fans gather and appreciate not only in psychics in general but also the awsome power of psychic monsters.

as name says only those who have at least one of these may enter

regular forum rules( with few adjustments)

no insult of any kind

no spamming of any kind
