It was probably the best games of the pokemon series. I don't really know how it was good, but I love playing it still.

 

@in.Spyre - It will just take to long fitting all those regions in there and it sounds like it would be boring. Plus, the maximum levels only goes up to Level 100, they would need to make go over level 100.

 

EDIT: Felix, I would love to see something like that on a console. It just seems boring on the handheld.

Of course it would take along time. Only a little boring. Just make the lv. go past 100.

IDK, I never give my pokemon a nickname.

I named it Doom Dream. Some pokemon I have nicknames off the top of my head, some I need to think about.

I some times make up random names for my pokemon like and stuff just becuase I feel like it. lol

Nick names are like the finishing touches to my Pokemon. Save for the in game ones, I only give them nick names once they're ready for WiFi.

I like giving my pokemon nicknames. Some are serious, but some I really stupid (like in my Diamond, I have a Bidoof (my HM Whore Slave) is nicknamed Chuck Wood).

 

Though, by the end of the game I usually end up naming them something better.

I remember on my old game of Diamond I had a Torterra named ARCEUS. I might do that again. Meh.

What Gold/Silver? If so, it was pretty addicting. I remember I found a glitch where you could get all starters. In the upcoming remake, I'm sure they'll fix that.

Well I found a way to get all the starters on Emerald...it just took hours of cloneing and my friends Emerald.

I liked the G/S game starters more than any other version.

Typlhosion is pretty cool but Ape and Swampert are the best.

I love Ape and Swampert. But my favorite starter in G/S was Chikorita (spelling?). I don't know why, it's just cool.

Ape would be cool if he/she wasn't on fire. That makes him look gay. I like Pikachu as the best starter.

Pikachu was cool, but it kind a sucked you couldn't evolve him to Raichu. I like Raichu.
