BUT: when you ask, post a card you've made. If OCG is good, youre in! in terrible, scooch! Members have permissions to discuss OCG updates and help other members with there not-to-shabby-but-does-need-work OCG and other things like that. There will be contests later as well, on OCG. Moderators (to become one, post 3 cards with GREAT OCG you made, and if I say you can be a Moderator, you must send 30 points. Moderators have permission to accept people, ban people, and judge for contests. Administrators have ALL permissions. to be come a Administrator, you must earn it.
