Jericho
I've heard of it' date=' what's it about? If I remeber it's some stuff about Time Travel...[/quote'] It's about this guy in college that had to move away from his hometown when he was a teenager. He told the girl he loved he'd be back for her. When he does come back, he asks about some things from the past that drive her to kill herself. When he was a child he would often blackout. Now he can read his journals and go back to the times when he blacked out. He does this multiple times, getting himself into different situations, trying to make life better for himself and her. Eventually he comes to the realization that the world would be better off without him so he watches a video of his birth. He goes back to when he was a baby and strangles himself with the umbilical cord. In the theatrical ending he goes to when he first met the girl and tells her he hates her and to never talk to him or he'll kill her family. I love this movie. I bought the DVD. FUCKYEA! The sequel(s) have nothing to do with the first one and aren't worth your time.

Felix
I hate endings like that. I read wiki and there wer two alternate happier ones, I'd go with either of those over that one.
ragnarok1945
Yeah well the ending where he went to follow her at the end of the film was something I personally disliked. It showed he learned nothing from all his attempts to secure a good future with them.
Wuu.
That movie is more win than haris =O Seriously the part where he wakes up with no arms is truly awesome. The 2nd is crap. A notebook is cool, a cellphone is not.

Jericho
[align=center]Correct' date=' it's full of win. Also, there is a sequel?[/align'] Its not really a sequel. Its basically a ripoff made by the same company with the same name with teh number 2 after it. It has nothing to do with the first one. Unlike the first one which teaches if you love someone you must set them free, this movie teaches nothing.

Zeroshot
I've never seen the very ending.I remember when the blew the baby up.That's pretty much it. Movie was made of win, but I say Ashton Kutcher should stay in comedy.
Sander
Wai, Butterfly Effect has a different ending? Other than that, it's a good movie.
ragnarok1945
Depends. In the theater version we just saw him see the girl again, but then decided to let it go. In the DVD versions he went to follow her.
Slash
I've seen most of it.It was interesting, and something that kept me wanting to know what was going to happen next.
ragnarok1945
You know you could watch The Butterfly Effect 2 and 3 if you wanted to see what other kinds of effects it'd have. I've not seen the 2nd though.

Wish? He doesn't wish. He alters an event in his past. Too bad her brother was crazy as hell or he would have had the perfect timeline. Also, fix'd haris' post. ragnarok1945
well you know what I was getting at. He should have altered it so that their father wouldn't be as abusive on her brother too, then everything would work out fine, instead of him being forced to accept he couldn't get what he wanted.
