When: Set 5 Years before GX, Seto Kaiba had opened up DA to students last year.

What happened prior: After a mysterious shroud falls across Duel Academy, dark things begin to happen. After duels, somthing bad will always happen to the loser, and power and a crave for vengeance would be bestowed to the winner. At this time, many students had fallen under this shroud, but a new year had just arrived, wether or not the same fate will happen to them. It's up to you.

Personality: Vec has been through alot at his first year of duel academy, and as a result has become a lover of any attension he recieves. Since the shroud has fallen, Vectorn's craving for attension has now turned into a lust for power. Although he tries to keep in check, he will stop at nothing to aquire this power and prove to the world that he exists.

He swore revenge and ended up in duel academy waiting for the day he could avenge his parents.His anger sometimes gets the better of him but otherwise he is calm and relaxed.

Deck: Fiends/Kuriboh Brothers (Not the anime effects)

Personality: Bob isn't really that bad of a duelist but he hardly knows the effect of the card's he doesn't use himself. And because he most of the time forgets to read the opponents card he can make bad moves. But he just cares more about great combo's than strong cards or winning.

Sorry to say this Kingdom Neos but your Deck type and description look a bit like jaden to me O_o.

IC: Vectorn looked up to the sky, noticing the clouds were getting darker and darker, he walked down to the harbour and stared into the abyss of the surrounding oceon. He looked to his left to see the new students getting off the boat. He smiled as he walked towards the boat.

As Thomas finally arrived at duel academy and looked around the harbour saying "Finally at duel academy this place seem to be quite intersting hope that I can improve my dueling skills here".

IC:Aron approached the boat greeted by a few other students, all preparing for the storm coming. Suddenly a surge of exited new students rushed into the Dueling Area avoiding the older students. Are they scared of us? Must be the rumours of the curse on all people who duel here or something like that....... "Hey," he said to a new student stood looking around the Harbor. "You lost or something?"

Bob heard that he had arrived at duel academy. He hadn't realized. He had watch some people duel on the boat but fell a sleep pretty soon after they stopped. He wasn't in a hurry to get of the boat either. He wasn't much of a goer in anything, more of watcher.
