So YCMaker, to gain more members rather than just using the cardmaker to save their work, you should do that >_>

Well, I know that it's possible to do that on Mybb. However, those things annoy the hell out of me and I generally ignore them.

That was unnecessary and hinders the discussion of the topic. I see a lot of good things about the idea, with the principal problem being that, just as most new members will simply click "I agree" without reading the terms of use, and post without reading the rules, this will just be more of the same. However, can it hurt? If even a small amount of new members read that PM and understand the site better because of it, then it will be of help, and won't be too hard to set up. I support.

Much of what a person comes here for are found in CC itself (which is why nearly 98% of members come here) and from playing around with the CardMaker itself.

Actually that was my point. I did not read the terms of use, although I did read the rules. However, the rules are also quite large, and many newbies will probably just skip them to get to posting their cards, even if they are sent to them.

I believe the amount of contributors to the forum at this point in time, and the increase in our numbers, is fine, thus this is not necessary.

 

As for a message containing the rules, I suspect, as is often the case, they will at best be skimmed over.
