This card can only be equipped to a "Storm Dragon" Monster. Whenever the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.

 

 

Fury of the Storm Dragon

[Continuous Spell Card]

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, whenever a "Storm Dragon" monster is summoned, Inflict damage to your opponent equal to it's level x200.

The Synchro seems pretty balanced, but I think his ATK is slightly low. All in all not very powerful, but an interesting set and one I personally might play. 7/10

I updated with a few more, I now have a total of 3 Synchros with this set. I also added a couple Spell Cards, still working on some of those and more. I do have pictures for them all, but am too lazy to put those up yet.

Just made another Card, I couldn't resist making an Assault Mode Monster:

 

Storm Dragon - Uprising Crest /Assault Mode

Dragon/Effect

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Assault Mode Activate". Once during either player's turn, you may Discard 1 "Storm Dragon" Monster from your hand to decrease all your opponent's Monster's ATKs by the same amount as the discarded Monster's ATK. If their ATK is reduced to 0 with this effect, the monster is destroyed. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Storm Dragon-Uprising Crest" from your Graveyard.
