玄魔の王 Posted May 26, 2009 Report Share Posted May 26, 2009 I'm thinking Chacu Challhua would love this theme, since it swarms and has an ocean theme. My only suggestion would be making a Synchro Monster that doesn't involve the Tokens as Material, so that the deck actually has to decide on something rather than being an overt farce of Tokens. I give it an 8/10. Oh, and Tuners only state Tuner, not Tuner/Effect, since some are Normal Monsters. Link to comment

I changed the Golem and Treasure Chest to not require any specific materials, since they could both be possibly used outside of the deck theme, although the idea of the deck mainly was token spam, I can see why at least Chest might be helpful to summon without it. These were origionally designed for a fanfic, would have been awesome to see the character turn dark and used Chacu Challhua, although the fanfic didn't happen and it didn't even have dark signers xD What sort of power level would you give these? Too strong? Too weak? About right? Any specific cards broken or not useful? Link to comment

And actually, I'm currently writing a fanfic for 5D's that involves Dark Signer Bomber, and I would be happy to use these cards for it if you'd like. Link to comment

-Griffin Posted May 27, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 27, 2009 Only Statue Of Black Ice, Wall Of Black Ice, Glacier Of Black Ice, Totem Of Black Ice and the synchros are supposed to have any chance of surviving battle. The deck I made on YVD with them uses a few cards to get more around, double summon, threatening roar, they normally don't use the field spell until late game (don't want to risk it against a heavy too early). Also; can some people comment on the field as an individual card? It's got obvious uses in other decks, since not getting the hell blown out of it is it's only way of working with this one specifically. Link to comment

And coupled with Black Ice Wall and a butt-load of Pearl of Black Ice Tokens would be awesome (assuming your opponent doesn't blast it with a Spell or Trap or Monster effect. =P) Oh, and several times you misspelled "Fiend" as "Feind" when mentioning the Pearl of Black Ice Tokens.
