"Hm?"The small girl wobbled past the desk, dropping her blue teddy bear. It fell calmly onto a small pile of four or five fish plushies. He could, however, do nothing, and the roiling water between them made sure that fact would never change. As the child watched her father cry out his apologies, she froze in fear, the head of the beast rearing up behind him. That was the last she saw of her father. Sea of JapanTime = 03:34 She had been floating for hours, it seemed. Whatever harsh leviathan claimed the life of her father had been gone for some time now, and the waters were calm, though her muscles still stiffened by shock and the cold night air. The ship was made of steel and other metals, so all she could find to escape the threat of submersion was the snapped top of the desk. Tears streamed down her face, and her amber eyes were stained with fear and worry. Unfortunately, a whirlpool was visible to her, and there was no possible way of escaping it. She braced for her demise, launched downwards into the spiraling vortex. She was slammed into a rock on the ocean floor, which shattered. She grabbed part of it, in an attempt to bring a tranquil, still end to her life. Without warning, she was pushed upwards, soon realizing the sea floor beneath her was moving. She emerged from the turbulent waters, gasping for air. She felt as if she were on a moving island, and entered a deep slumber… Area UnknownTime = ??:?? Hikaru awoke, feeling the cold sting of metal on her skin. She looked around, discovering she was being monitored for some reason. The wires must have been some sort of life support system, she assumed, lifting her head. She couldn’t see anyone else, and decided it would be best if she went to sleep. Hikaru once again opened her eyes, finding herself to be off of life support. Fragments of code were being displayed on a large screen in front of her, and what seemed to be a deck of cards were beneath the screen. A man, of middle age, it seemed, greeted her with a warm smile. “So, you must be the girl that discovered this!” he smiled, lifting the child off her knees. “Yes, it is,” replied another man, apparently the assistant of the older gentleman. “What is your name?” “H-hikaru.” “Hikaru, is it? Well, Hikaru, I am Professor Ishikawa. Do you have any idea what you did?” “No…” “Well, take these cards,” said Professor Ishikawa, handing Hikaru a deck of cards, “And you will find out.”~~To be continued~~

Weather Report - Stand
Well, it's hard to judge a prologue, so here I am. Prologue Sea of JapanTime = 00:17 ~On Deck. "To port! To port!" Bellowed the man' date=' a massive serpentine creature arising from the sea. Massive waves merged with each other periodically, the constructive interference creating swells that nearly engulfed the boat. A loud hissing sound began to emerge from deep within the throat of the slithering demon, a thunderous roar soon afterward heard. Hmmm, a gigantic sea snake thing. What does this have to do with yugioh? I'll find out soon. You have great description and all, but you never said what the boat was really like. ~Within the Captain's Quarters. "Hm?"The small girl wobbled past the desk, dropping her blue teddy bear. It fell calmly onto a small pile of four or five fish plushies. She tiredly rubbed her eyes as she continued to journey to the stairs, staggering greatly as she heard the roar of the beast. He could, however, do nothing, and the roiling water between them made sure that fact would never change. As the child watched her father cry out his apologies, she froze in fear, the head of the beast rearing up behind him. That was the last she saw of her father. What kind of boat is this? At first I thought this was a fishing boat or a navy vessel. Why would a man bring his daughter on one of those? Boat boats, however, are great for lazily exploring the sea. Well, I suppose this is a boat boat, then. Why am I so worked up over this? Anyways, I'm having trouble with the 'the tail of the [/align] The little girl' part. WHUBBAWHUBBA THAT MEAN?! And where did the gap come from? The alignment? I don' ged id. She felt as if she were on a moving island, and entered a deep slumber… Aw, great. Now I feel sympathetic for the wee tyke. She's alone, no boat boat in sight, all of the imaginary crewmen died, and she has nothing to help ease her pain and anguish. And then--CRAP! A FREAKING WHIRLPOOL APPEARS JUST TO MAKE THINGS SUCK EVEN HARDER. THIS IS THE WORST DAY EVER. So she was thrown SO hard that a rock on the bottom of the ocean broke apart? Wouldn't that hurt? ALOT? But anyways, I'm excited to see what came out of the ocean so semi-randomly. WAS THE CRUMBLY ROCK THE KEY?! Area UnknownTime = ??:?? Hikaru awoke, feeling the cold sting of metal on her skin. She looked around, discovering she was being monitored for some reason. The wires must have been some sort of life support system, she assumed, lifting her head. She couldn’t see anyone else, and decided it would be best if she went to sleep. Hooray, she's cured. What did I just say? Well, she's safer now, at least. Hikaru once again opened her eyes, finding herself to be off of life support. Fragments of code were being displayed on a large screen in front of her, and what seemed to be a deck of cards were beneath the screen. A man, of middle age, it seemed, greeted her with a warm smile. Hooray, she's cured again. How old is she that she has plushies all the time and yet she knows what life support is? I thought she was maybe 6 years old. Now I'm confused. “So, you must be the girl that discovered this!” he smiled, lifting the child off her knees. She discovered a screen? A deck of cards? OR DA CODE?! “Yes, it is,” replied another man, apparently the assistant of the older gentleman. I-Igor?! “What is your name?” “H-hikaru.” “Hikaru, is it? Well, Hikaru, I am Professor Ishikawa. Do you have any idea what you did?” I'm not too sure either. What kind of code could be hidden in the ocean? “No…” “Well, take these cards,” said Professor Ishikawa, handing Hikaru a deck of cards, “And you will find out.” Yech. Who wants to play a game with soggy ocean cards?~~To be continued~~ Well, so far I'm just confused as to what the plot is. Did Hikaru(how old is she? When I was six I had NO CLUE WHAT LIFE SUPPORT WAS) find some yugioh cards in the ocean? Did she find signs that were TURNED into cards, like what they did with the Egyptians? What's special about the cards? When did they find the girl? Did she wash up on a beach? Did a boat find her? Did these men find her? Hopefully we'll get the answers from your vivid sea monster descriptions sometime soon.
